There are a couple of changes to our training program this term. Mark Douglass will be taking a Twirling class on Monday evenings covering some overlapping skills with twirling and spinning poi, juggling clubs and hoops. A great class for beginners as well as the more experienced.
Nat Harris will be taking Intermediate Aerials on Wednesdays at 6pm, starting with a warm up in the Switchfit boxing class at 5.30pm to maximise time in the air. This class is only suitable for those with some existing experience of aerials. If you’re a total beginner, be in touch to go on a waiting list for our next Introduction to Aerials class.
